Shipping Information
Orders are shipped from either South Korea or the United Kingdom, depending on the destination country.
Orders placed from the United Kingdom and Europe are shipped from the United Kingdom. Orders placed from South Korea, Asia, North America, Oceania, the Middle East, Africa, and South America are usually shipped from South Korea.
Delivery times and shipping fees may vary depending on the destination country, package weight, customs clearance, local postal conditions, and courier availability.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Final shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for domestic orders within South Korea over $40 USD.
Free shipping is available for orders shipped within the United Kingdom over £50 GBP.
We currently do not offer free shipping for other international regions. International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country and package weight.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders shipped within the United Kingdom or from the United Kingdom to Europe may have different customs or tax requirements depending on the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear depending on the courier and destination country.
Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties or taxes, or failure to receive the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
